is the list of lending programs available.
We
require a USD1,000 processing fee to review and forward the
application form once completed. (Use the link below to pay the
processing fee).
If you do not have the financial capacity to fund the costs of obtaining a loan then you do not have what it takes to get a loan, you have a dream that will not be funded, you need to be able to show past performance and success to have credibility.)
Please
ensure you complete the document as comprehensively as you can, this
document will be the ONLY document that the lenders will receive to
make an initial call on levels of interest. Do not refer to
other documents such as business plans or executive summaries as these
will not be presented.
On
submission the OLC will act as an intermediary for both the lender and
the borrower to ensure communications are both delivered and
understood.
IMPORTANT
NOTICE
If
this document is not presented to level that can be forwarded we will
issue an improvement notice and charge a further USD200 to review the
updated application form, this will continue until you have completed
all the necessary applicable data areas on the form. The final
costs will be determined by your attention to details and your ability
to complete documentation. We have found this notice necessary
in order to ensure our clients make best effort first time.
Each of the Plans below represent different lender resources and terms and conditions for application fees, documentation requirements etc which will vary from Plan to Plan.
